How transfer prices are calculated?

We ensure that decided transfer will be in the lowest cost. Therefore we use a fair type of calculation by kilometer and not a fixed price for every destination, due perimeter of Athens city is 462 sq. kilometers.

With our calculation type shortest destinations will be charged with lower price and longer destinations will be charged with higher price. So it’s very important at the time that you’re making a quote or booking to place the exact destination adress.

When is payment made?

Payment is made to the driver on the outward journey or via the PayPal link on the booking page or via the Alpha Bank link on the booking page once your booking has been confirmed. We accept also card payments from each vehicle (minivan, taxi, bus etc.) with our mobile chip and pin devices. For return only journeys, payment will be required in advance.

What if my flight is delayed?

If possible, please telephone us or send us an SMS at (+30) YOURPHONE or eMail us. However, we do monitor incoming flights on the airport website. In rare circumstances customers may experience a short waiting time for prior booked collections. Note that driver could wait only 45 minutes after programmed landing of your flight. In that case after this time period, driver will make an announcement and he will leave.

What if my flight arrives early?

Again, please call us or send us an SMS at (+30) YOURPHONE or eMail us. We routinely monitor incoming flights via the airport website. We will make every effort to pick you up as normal, however this will be dependant on prior bookings.

What if I miss my flight or flight diverted?

Please telephone us immediately or send us an SMS at (+30) YOURPHONE or eMail us with any new details of your flight(s). A further fee may be necessary if our drivers have to make additional journeys.

Where will I meet my driver upon arrival?

Driver will wait for you outside arrival gate holding a sign with your name on it. We routinely monitor incoming flights via the airport website so we know the exact exit gate that you will use. However once you have collected your luggage, call us on landline: (+30) 2105157644 or on Viber: (+30) YOURPHONE or on WhatsApp (+30) YOURPHONE or on mobile: (+30) YOURPHONE to discuss with the driver about the meeting point.

Which are the dimensions or the capacity of suitcases (luggage)?

There are 4 types of suitcases (length x width x depth) in cm [and in] :

• Small suitcase (or Cabin size or Hand luggage) : 55 x 40 x 20 [in: 22 x 16 x 8] (~ 40 lt.)
• Medium suitcase (or Normal size) : 65 x 50 x 25 [in: 25 x 20 x 10] (~ 75 lt.)
• Large suitcase (or Big size) : 75 x 50 x 30 [in: 30 x 20 x 12] (~ 120 lt.)
• Extra Large suitcase (or Very big size) : 80 x 55 x 35 [in: 31 x 22 x 14] (~ 150 lt.)

Do you provide wheelchairs?

Customers must use their own wheelchairs which we can look after for you until your return journey.

Do you provide baby or child car seats?

We provide Recaro® baby and child seats. At booking procedure, child or baby seat check box must be filled, so driver will predict child seat(s).

Do you provide “skip the line” service?

We provide “skip the line” service. At the booking procedure you can ask for “skip the line” service.

Do you provide guiding service at archaeological sites?

We provide guiding service by licensed guide. At the booking procedure you can ask for licensed guide and we may book a licensed guide for you.

Do you provide any service to reduce roaming costs?

We provide a “Tourist Pack” SIM card that is ready to use and will reduce your roaming costs. At the booking procedure you may ask for a SIM card and our driver will deliver it to you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Up to 7 days prior to the date of reservation no fee will be charged.
• Within 7 days prior to the reserved date a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.
• Within 24 hours prior to the reserved date/time a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
• Within 4 hours prior to the reserved date/time a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged
